Yes, business trips can be booked using tags.
In Papershift, a “business trip” tag can be created in the time tracking section and then saved in the clock:it settings:
When booking business trips both at the terminal and in clockit go, the bookings are split up in Papershift. Here is an example to illustrate this:
The employee clocks in at 7:00 a.m. and starts a business trip at 7:30 a.m., which he finishes at 8:00 a.m. This results in the following bookings:
- 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- 7:31 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. [day business trip]
- 8:01 a.m.
The time during which the employee was on a business trip is thus visible and can be evaluated.
