Various error messages are displayed on the terminal when the balances are specifically queried or, if configured, when the automatic balance is displayed during write-off, such as “Error (0)”. However, the time bookings are still transferred.
This is due to changes in the authorization structure in the API of the Sage HR Suite as a result of the update in November 2024. New authorizations have been added for accessing time account data. No authorization is granted for these in the delivery status of the update, which prevents the retrieval of balance information. To enable this again, the authorizations for the API user with which clock:it is operated must be adjusted as shown in the screenshot.
