Yes, there are different ways to do this. In our opinion, the best way is through the settings in Halion Clock:it. There, you can set the display duration for normal confirmation messages and balance inquiries separately. For Datafox terminals, for example, you’ll find the following two parameters there:

Here, you can set the “DisplayDuration” value to 1 or 2 seconds, which will speed up the booking process.

There’s also a more drastic and definitive method involving the device’s BIOS that completely suppresses all messages, including the balance display. This is therefore only suitable for very specific use cases.
